What about my Cholesterol?

Updated: Nov 13, 2021

This question is an area of concern for most people. Firstly, it is important to distinguish between cholesterol and LDL (low density lipoprotein).

Cholesterol is an important molecule that is needed for for vitamin D synthesis and the creation of steroid hormones like testosterone and estrogen. Our bodies make about 2000mg of it every single day.

LDL is a type of protein that carries cholesterol, amongst other important molecules. The medical consensus views LDL negatively, however there is a strong case to be made that perhaps it is only oxidised and/or glycated LDL is problematic.

Dave Feldman has demonstrated very in depth knowledge about this subject matter and has shown to be able to manipulate his lipid profiles on demand. He shares his results and data on cholesterolcode.com
